Italian Salumi and Cheese

  • You say salami, I say salumi. Come learn the difference between the two and meet Italy’s finest carnivorous creations. Cured meat expert Vanessa Chang will introduce you to a variety of American and Italian artisans and pair each with an Italian cheese. All the while you’ll learn principles for pairing meat and cheese and wash your education down with Prosecco.
