Spanish cheeses draw on traditions as old and venerable as those of France and Italy. Throughout Spain, Iberian dairy farmers (lecheros in Spanish) have been producing wonderful cow, sheep, and goat’s milk cheeses for centuries. In this class, we will taste several of our favorite Spanish cheeses and uncover their stories.
We offer free pick-up at our home in Ghirardelli Square. Deliveries within the city of San Francisco will be $25 each.
Delivery fees outside of San Francisco will be determined by location, weight and express service charges required for perishable items.
