These days, domestic produced cheese rival some of the best from Europe and beyond. Laura Werlin will host a class examining what took these originals to new heights in a new market. From bandaged wrapped cheddars produced in the states to a version of Stilton produced here in the Bay Area. Paired with new and old styles of wine.
