Few of the new year’s pleasures are greeted with as much joy as the wobbly legs and little sounds of baby animals and the first bright blooms in the garden. In this class, you’ll learn to craft dishes using queso fresco, fromage blanc, and ricotta and their own springtime bouquet of leaves, herbs, and flowers
