Your own private class is a fun and delicious way for groups of 8 to 40 people to learn together, bond with colleagues, or celebrate any special occasion. You'll find typical class selections below, but please call us with special requests, cooking classes or private dining possibilities.

Private class bookings are made at least 2 weeks out.
Your private class may be held in one of our two fantastic rooms, depending on class size, preference, and availability: 

Whey Room - up to 12 people
Min - $1,200 for tasting classes/$2,000 for cheesemaking 

Venue fee + $250 Thursday - Saturday nights only

Curds Room - up to 40 people 
Min - $1,500 for tasting classes/$2,000 for cheesemaking or pizzamaking/$3,000 for Italian Kitchen

Venue fee + $250 evenings and weekends*

Prices listed below are per person. Minimums and venue fees apply. If your group does not meet the minimum, you'll be charged the difference. Please click on our private classes to learn more. 

* Classes on July 4th, during Fleet Week and in the month of December have higher venue fees.
