Your own private class is a delicious way for groups of 8 to 40 people to learn, bond with colleagues, or celebrate any special occasion. You'll find typical class selections below, but please call us with special requests, cooking classes, or for private dining options. 

Classes bookings are made at least 2 weeks out. Please note our calendar fills up quickly.
Your private class may be held in one of two rooms, depending on class size, preference, and availability: 

Whey Room - up to 12 people
Min - $1,200 ($2,000 for cheesemaking) Venue fee - $250 Thursday-Saturday nights only

Curds Room - up to 40 people 
Min - $1,500 ($2,000 for cheesemaking + pizzamaking, $3,000 for Italian Kitchen) | Venue fee - $250 evenings and weekends*

Prices listed below are per person. Minimums listed above apply. If your group doesn't meet the minimum, you will be charged the difference. Please click on individual private classes to learn more. Private classes run approximately 2.5 hours including mingling on arrival. *July 4th, Fleet Week, and the month of December have higher venue fees.
