Learn about the rich history of California dairy farming and cheesemaking as you journey with us through the Golden State. You'll taste some of the most incredible cheeses this region has to offer, from lesser known gems to true icons. We all know happy cows come from California... our goats, sheep and water buffalo are pretty happy too!
Upon arrival, we'll welcome you in with a glass of bubbly and you'll enjoy perfectly paired wines during class. Additional wines by the glass will be available for purchase.
