Welcome to the first step in your cheese education, the class where "everything you always wanted to know" meets "everything you were always afraid to ask."
In this class, you'll taste your way through a thoughtful mix of cheese styles, milk types and pairings. You will learn best practices on buying and storing cheese, what makes it so delicious and how to create beautiful pairings of your own. The knowledge and tasting skills you'll gain in class will enhance your appreciation of cheese for the rest of your life.
Upon arrival, we'll welcome you with a glass of bubbly, and you'll enjoy perfectly paired wine tastings alongside your flights of cheese during class.
