Mozzarella & Burrata

Mozzarella is on nearly every aspiring home cheesemaker's to-do list, and for good reason: there's something magical about mozz!  No prior experience is needed for this hands-on class, during which we will demystify the cheesemaking process and get you on the road to making perfectly formed ovalini and bocconcini every time. 

Afterwards, we'll make everyone’s favorite cheese, burrata!  Burrata is the perfect canvas for creativity and exploration.  You'll learn how to make a classic creamy burrata and have the opportunity to personalize your burrata making with a variety of delicious flavorings.

Upon arrival, we'll welcome you with a glass of bubbly and you'll enjoy perfectly paired wines alongside light snacks during your memorable evening of cheesemaking.
