Alphabet Greeting Cards - J is for Juni

  • The Cheese School worked with a local artist to create a full alphabet of cheese greeting cards. A perfect cheese gift for anyone you know, like little Joey Junior. The front of the card is beautifully illustrated, the interior is blank waiting for just the right message, and the back has the glorious cheesy details.

A small cylinder of a cheese, Juni comes from the Piedmont region of Italy. Made by the Rosso family from the milk of Rossa d'Oropa cows fed on a diet of grass and hay. The paste is flecked with crushed juniper berries that lend the cheese a lively, woodsy aroma and flavor.

    LOCATION: Piedmont, Italy
    MILK: Cow's milk
