Allons enfants de la Patrie! Even if we can't be in Paris this year for la fête nationale française, we can eat and drink like we are!
Without question, the French have earned their reputation as the cultural and historic epicenter of all things fromage… and they value their culinary heritage, so much so that the government goes to extraordinary lengths to promote and preserve the integrity of its historic food treasures.
In this class, we will cover some age-old grand dames, small production treasures, and extraordinary everyday wheels that put the 'ooh-la-la' in French cuisine.
Upon arrival, we'll welcome you with a glass of bubbly, and you'll enjoy perfectly paired French wines alongside your flights of cheese.
