The imminent arrival of a new year always warrants a look back. Where did we go? What did we learn? And more importantly, what did we eat? This year was an exceptional one: filled with new and delicious arrivals from Europe and knock-out early efforts from state-side cheesemakers. Instructor Liz Rubin will host a retrospective for your taste buds: you’ll sample the grandest of the grand award-winners and the freshest of the up-and-comers in a taste of 2019.
