There's a time and place for soft wines and mild cheeses, but this is not that class. Join us for a celebration of big flavors and adventurous palates!
In this class we'll make fireworks with bold brothy alpines, stinky softies, crystalline cave-aged classics and punchy peppery blues. We will learn the various techniques (and celebrate the microbes!) that cheesemakers have used for centuries to coax the most flavor from humble fresh milk.
Upon arrival, we'll welcome you with a glass of bubbly, and you'll enjoy robust wines picked to pair with your flights of hearty cheese.
