In this class, we'll learn about the rich history of California dairy farming and cheesemaking as we taste through a flight of the most exquisite cheese and wine the Golden State has to offer.
From the Central Coast to west Marin County and beyond, our expert instructor will guide you along a journey of California icons and lesser known gems.
We all know happy cows come from California... but our goats, sheep and water buffalo are pretty happy too!
Upon arrival, we'll welcome you with a glass of bubbly, and you'll enjoy perfectly paired wines alongside your flights of cheese.
