  • Cheese and charcuterie are really about solving the same problem: how to preserve the flavors and nutritional value of two precious foods, fresh milk, and raw meat. But how do these two similar products pair together? Experts Waldemar Albrecht and Vanessa Chang will explore the different styles of cheese and meat and extract some pairing principles from their years of working the best both worlds have to offer. More than that, they pair their favorite craft beer selections.
