Cheese + Charcuterie

"You say salami, I say salumi." Adventure to learn the difference between the two, and meet the world's finest carnivorous creations. Instructor Amanda Parker will introduce you to a variety of American and Italian artisan cheese and charcuterie. All the while, you’ll learn principles for pairing and wash your education down with some friendly wines.
