Truffles, confections, and cheese, oh my! Two of the world’s great fermented foods, chocolate and cheese, are each truly luxurious on their own, but together they offer pairing possibilities that will absolutely blow your mind.
In this class, we’ll share with you our favorite bean-to-bar artisan chocolates and dive deep into cheese pairings that elevate and celebrate their unique expressions of terroir, taste and tradition.
Upon arrival, we'll welcome you with a glass of bubbly, and you'll enjoy perfectly paired wines alongside your flights of cheese and chocolate.
