  • While many of southern Italy’s cheeses are characteristically rustic and robust, let’s not forgot that this is also the region that blessed the world with burrata. In this class, you’ll experience bounty of flavors produced in the sultry southern provinces of Italy. Bi-Rite’s Cheese Buyer Jon Fancey will select his favorite finds from Italy while Mister Jiu’s Wine Director John Herbstritt will introduce you to the wines of southern Italy that are finally getting their dues.
