Cheesemaking: Cheese Curds for Cheese Nerds
Sun, May 3

Those squeaky savory cheddary things? A particularly yummy cheese that can be and even are best enjoyed on the same day they are made. If you have made some fresh cheeses at home and would like to try something a little more challenging come join us and get cheddaring. Cheese School instructor and cheesemaker Khadijah Massoud will guide you through making curds to eat fresh on the spot or take home and make your own poutine, as well as provide great tips on all the delightful ways to enjoy them.
