Those squeaky savory cheddary things? A particularly yummy cheese that can be and even are best enjoyed on the same day they are made. If you have made some fresh cheeses at home and would like to try something a little more challenging come join us and get cheddaring. Cheese School instructor and cheesemaker Khadijah Massoud will guide you through making curds to eat fresh on the spot or take home and make your own poutine, as well as provide great tips on all the delightful ways to enjoy them. Join us for an enjoyable afternoon of cheesemaking against the backdrop of our beautiful view of the bay, with light snacks provided and wine to complete your experience.
