In this class, you’ll learn how to make the Dutch classic (with a twist) from cheesemaker Khadijah Massoud. Khadijah will lead you through the process step by step, from inoculating the milk to ladling your fresh curds into molds. You'll take your little gouda home and age it to perfection in the comfort of your own kitchen.
