Ricotta and Fromage Blanc are versatile and delicious cheeses that make appetizers, entrees and desserts sing!

In this hands-on class, our expert instructor will show you how to make the fresh cheeses that are destined to become staples of your best meals for years to come. You'll try your creations in class and, of course, bring some home to share.

As always, we'll welcome you with a glass of bubbly and you'll enjoy perfectly paired wines alongside light snacks during your memorable evening of cheesemaking.
