Let cheese importer, and Northern Italian specialist, Andy Lax, guide you through a tasting of his favorite Lombardian and Piedmontese cheeses. The cheeses will be paired with a selection of Italy’s wide variety of wine presented by The Cheese School’s wine buyer Liz Rubin.
