  • We often celebrate France’s most enduring cheeses: Roquefort, Comte, Brie. But what has France done for cheese lately? A lot! In this class, native daughter Colette Hatch will introduce you to the cheeses created from the 1970’s to the present day. You’ll learn what traditions remained strong and what changed with the times.
