Join us for an evening of hands-on gnocchi making using fresh ricotta and seasonal ingredients!
In this fun and delicious class you will learn to mix, hand-shape and cook your own ricotta gnocchi, as well as prepare a simple pan sauce to accompany it. After the learning is over, you and your newfound friends will enjoy your creation along with seasonal accompaniments.
Upon arrival, we'll welcome you with a glass of bubbly, and you'll enjoy perfectly paired wines alongside your cheesy handmade gnocchi.
