Cooking With Cheese: Spring Pasta Making

Join Cheese School instructor M. Nicolaescu for an evening of hands-on pasta making instruction. Traditional Florentine ricotta gnocchi is perhaps less well known than its potato-based cousin but just as delicious, and equally appropriate for a quick weeknight meal or an evening of entertaining. In this fun and educational evening, you will learn to mix, hand-shape and cook your own ricotta gnocchi as well as prepare a simple pan sauce to accompany it. After the learning is over you and your newfound friends will enjoy your creation along with seasonal accompaniments and a glass of wine or beer to wash it down, all against the backdrop of our beautiful view of the bay.
