Anyone can bring a bottle of wine to a holiday party, but homemade, leaf-wrapped cheese? Now that is a gift worthy of Santa! Cheesemaker Sacha Laurin will teach you how to make a creamy ricotta log then wrap it in banana leaves and raffia. Next you’ll make fromage blanc and package it up in marinated vine leaves and fresh herbes de provence. Finally, you’ll dress up chevre in delicate Mexican herb epasote then decorate your little gem with mint and cranberries. You’ll be everyone’s favorite party guest!
