From the Basque and Pyrénées regions in the north to the sun-kissed coast of the Mediterranean, Iberian dairy farmers (lecheros in Spanish) have been producing iconic and delicious cheeses for centuries, with world-class wines to match. Travel with us as we taste our way through this region rich in history and tradition.
Upon arrival, we'll welcome you in with a glass of bubbly and you'll enjoy perfectly paired wine tastings alongside your flights of cheese during class.
