Description: Fondue has made a major comeback and it's more delicious and sophisticated than ever. We will share secrets of the best melting cheeses, teach fondue "etiquette" and guide you through creating your own pot of melted cheesy goodness. Each group will follow a fondue recipe then share the spoils with all of your classmates, served with an abundant variety of tasty dippers. No fondue epic is complete without chocolate... as if you won't already be stuffed! Class fee includes two glasses of wine per person. Private fondue classes run approximately 2.5 hours including mingling on arrival.
Reserve: At least two weeks in advance. Already booked dates won't appear on the calendar. Please call if you don't see your desired date.
Guest Limit: Up to 30 guests. We will confirm headcount 2 weeks prior to event.

The Curds Room is our large, private upstairs space designed to feel like a loving home with expansive Bay views, a grand cherry wood, Heath-tile-trimmed bar, a triple deck pizza oven, plus all the amenities of a restaurant. The Curds Room comes with a $1,500 minimum for this class, plus a $250 venue fee for all evenings and weekends.
The Whey Room is located in our main dining room and may be made private by closing our floor to ceiling doors. Giant exterior windows frame beautiful Bay views. Along the back wall is a soapstone armoire for use as a buffet station, merchandising, or gift table. Up to 12 guests only. The Whey Room comes with a $1,200 minimum for this class, plus a $250 venue fee for Thursday through Saturday evenings only.
