  • French cheeses are the stuff of legends, myths and world domination. Pretty tasty stuff. What else is just as exciting? French sparkling wines. Cremant, Rose, Pétillant Naturel and of course Champagne. We’ll taste them all. Native daughter Colette Hatch will lead you from the mountain tops through the valleys to introduce you to the considerable delights of the French culinary tradition.
