French Goat Cheeses led by Francois Robin
Sun, Jun 4

  • Francois Robin grew up on a goat farm and has been making a name for himself in dairy ever since. In 2011 he was awarded France's highest honor for craftsmen, that of Meilleur Ouvrier de France. He's making a rare visit to San Francisco on June 4th and he wants to talk goat cheese! Francois will address the question, "why is France such an excellent producer of goat cheeses?" He'll teach you about the particularities of French goat cheeses through history, geography, and of course taste. If you're a lover of goat cheese, France, or better yet French goat cheese, this is a must-attend class! And, don't fear, you'll sip on two French wines while you learn.
