Join us as we taste through the many types of goat's milk cheeses, from fresh to soft-ripened, well-aged to blue!
Guided by your expert instructor, we'll discuss and compare goat's milk cheeses from different regions and traditions, and learn how to pair them with wine and food. We're notkidding around here!
Upon arrival, we'll welcome you with a glass of bubbly, and you'll enjoy perfectly paired wines alongside your flights of cheese.
