After a long day of storming the Bastille, what’s better than a hunk of strong French cheese? While it’s two centuries too late to join the revolution, we can certainly celebrate France’s most triumphant contributions to food culture. Cheese expert Janet Fletcher will lead you in a tasting of French cheeses: everything from the deeply traditional to the cutting edge. (But please, leave your guillotines at home).
