We often celebrate France’s most enduring cheeses: Roquefort, Comte, Brie. But what has France done for cheese lately? A lot! In this class, author Kirstin Jackson will introduce you to the cheeses created from the turn of the 20th Century to the present day. You’ll learn what traditions remained strong and what changed with the times.
