Here at The Cheese School, we often get pulled aside and asked "okay, be honest... what's yourfavorite cheese?"
"So hard to choose!" we typically say. "Who's your favorite child?"
But let's be real, we ALL have our favorites! And this is the class where we share them with you. Our expert instructor will give you the scoop on the cheeses we would want when we are shipwrecked on a desert island. Expect an eclectic mix of rare finds and satisfying everyday necessities, each with a story about why they are near and dear to our hearts.
As always, we'll welcome you with a glass of bubbly, and you'll also enjoy some of our favorite wines alongside your flights of cheese.
