The pizza is a simple food, but its simplicity requires an attention to subtleties that can mean the difference between a soggy frisbee and a Platonic circle of perfection. The Cheese School's own executive chef, Jocelyn VanLandingham will teach you the best techniques that pizzaioli use to make a reliably thin crust and a perfect pizza every single time. Bon Appetit!
