Sheep Milk Around the World
Tue, Aug 8

  • From bright and tangy to nutty and sweet, sheep’s milk cheese cut quite a rug on your palate. The variety is astonishing; from ricotta to Manchego you’ll find sheep milk cheeses each with a unique flavor and texture. Dating back more than 2,000 years, sheep cheeses were spread far and wide by the Romans. In this class, you’ll taste your way around the old world and new; through cheese styles and ages. Cheese expert Michael Kalish will tell you the stories of each cheese, some with histories dating back thousands of years.
