  • You say salami, I say salumi. Come learn the difference between the two and meet Italy’s finest carnivorous creations. Cured meat expert Vanessa Chang will introduce you to a variety of American and Italian artisans. While cheese expert Michael Kalish will pair each meat with its perfect summer cheese. All the while you’ll learn principles for pairing meat and cheese and wash your education down with our favorite wine of summer, Prosecco.
