    Top Tier: Valencay, Loire Valley
    This Loire Valley classic has a fudgy, flaky texture and flavors of yeast, minerals, and tangy goat’s milk. Pasteurized goat milk. Pairing with mini Blue Chair seasonal jam.

    Second Tier: Brillat-Savarin, Burgundy
    A decadent, cow’s milk triple creme from Burgundy. Pasteurized cow milk. Pairing with Rose Petal preserve.

    Third Tier: Abbaye de Tamié, Savoie***
    Still made by Trappist monks at the Abbaye de Tamié in Savoie, this washed rind cheese is creamy and rich with just a hint of funk. Raw cow milk. Pairing with Grace & I Fruit & Nut Press.

    Fourth Tier: Abbaye de Belloc, Pyrenees
    This supple cheese with flavors of toasted nuts and brown butter is made by Benedictine monks at the abbey of Notre-Dame de Belloc. Pasteurized sheep milk. Pairing with KL Keller black cherry jam.

    Bottom Tier: Fromage de Meaux, Ile-de-France
    Fromage de Meaux is mushroomy, dense, and of course, creamy. Pasteurized cow milk. Pairing with Effie's pecan nut cakes.

    As the top wheels are smaller in format and feed fewer people, additional wheels of the top tiers are available for purchase. Please call us at 415-346-7530 to discuss your needs or indicate that you’d like to purchase additional wheels in your checkout notes. We’ll be in touch.

    *If you purchase the pairing selection, you’ll receive one jar of each of the preserves. Additional jars are available for purchase.
