Join cheese expert and Market Hall Foods general manager Juliana Uruburu in learning the basics of understanding the palate, how to create pairings, and the how and why of what works for you. We'll taste a variety of cheeses representing a diversity of styles while exploring seasonal pairings which represent a variety of flavor profiles to help you understand the principles behind creating an outstanding match. By the end of the day, you will have gained skills you can apply to your home cooking, cheese pairing and entertaining, and feel sufficiently wined and dined-the Cheese School way!
