  • After a long day of storming the Bastille, what’s better than a hunk of strong French cheese and a glass of fortifying French wine? While it’s two centuries too late to join the revolution, we can certainly celebrate France’s most triumphant contributions to food culture. Native daughter Colette Hatch will lead you in a tasting of French cheeses and wines: everything from the deeply traditional to the cutting edge. (But please, leave your guillotines at home).
