While the concept of terroir may be debated, there is no doubt that cheese and wine have commingled for decades, even centuries. In this class you’ll learn about the common terroir to some of history’s greatest neighbors. You’ll taste age old pairings from Italy, France, and Spain and decide for yourself if they stand the test of time. Bring your favorite neighbor!
