Our multi-tiered “cakes” are made from whole wheels of handmade, artisan cheese chosen for their beauty, size, and flavor and then stacked to resemble a traditional layered wedding cake.

A private class is a delicious way for groups of 8-40 people to learn about cheese and other foods, bond with your wedding party or future in-laws. We’ll host you for one of our signature tasting classes, or get guests cooking with a hands-on class. Our chef would be delighted to round out your event with a full meal.
