It's been called Burning Man meets Fight Club for cheese. The Cheesemonger Invitational is a unique gathering of cheese experts from around the world who gather in one place to compete at a sort of decathlon of cheese knowledge and skills. It's rockin', rowdy, and tantalizingly tasty. Expect cutting and wrapping competitions, a sea of 'perfect bites', and an MC in a cow costume shouting "MOO!" at every opportunity.
This year, The Cheese School's own monger-in-chief, Noreen Guizar, is competing and we're so excited! The whole staff will be cheering our hearts out. We hope you can join us in our cheesy fandom!
