In this hands-on class, our head chef will guide you through the proper techniques for making an exquisite pizza from scratch here in our commercial kitchen with top-of-the-line pizza ovens.
We’ll provide you with fresh house-made dough and toppings – an abundant selection of cheeses, sauces, veggies and meats – to make your own custom pizza for dinner, along with a salad and sweet bites for dessert.
Perfect for a date night or small groups, this class is one of our favorite experiences at The Cheese School!
Upon arrival we'll welcome you with a glass of bubbly, and you'll enjoy perfectly paired wines alongside your pizza experience.
