Join us as we taste iconic styles from the Old World alongside examples from pioneering domestic cheesemakers who are taking their own spins on beloved classics to new heights. We will learn how traditions merge, evolve and compete in ways that satisfy our palates and challenge our sense of place in the world.
Upon arrival, we'll welcome you with a glass of bubbly, and you'll enjoy perfectly paired wines alongside your flights of cheese.
